Based on Jungian psychological theory, a brand’s archetype lives in a preset group of values and ideals that appeals to a particular audience and further enhances the core story. Without identifying the archetype, brands can get lost in a sea of sameness.

Brand Psychology | No longer can big brands rely on traditional marketing tactics to reach and engage customers. Consumer psychology uses social and cognitive psychology theories to better understand a potential customer’s motivation, decision-making and persuasive brain patterns. A life-long lover of words, Stephanie helps entrepreneurs, start-ups and small to mid-size enterprises reach larger audiences, gain raving fans and attain financial success through the art of storytelling. After spending years in the traditional marketing industry she quickly realized that brands with ordinary stories were far too common. Tired of the same old marketing tactics and selling strategies, Stephanie’s passion is helping companies stand-out from the crowd through psychology-driven brand strategy and story creation.

Bland brand copy and lifeless cubicles were the kryptonite to her creativity, so she quit. Seeing the gap for what was needed to take them from nothing to something, she quickly set out on a journey to make straight-to-the-heart-storytelling and psychology-based marketing strategies essential components to her clients’ success.

Leaving her corporate life behind, Stephanie’s embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure that’s allowed her to live on four continents, in over five countries and work with some of the most renowned entrepreneurs, business owners and New York Times best-selling authors over the past eight years. This global perspective has allowed her to better understand how narrative impacts cultures and societies, validating her belief that story is at the heart of everything we do.

Stephanie’s also the co-author of the Amazon best-selling book Before You Quit Writing, Read This!, holds an MA in Media Psychology and has ghostwritten for some of Hay House’s top authors. When she’s not whipping up unforgettable brand stories, she’s playing dress-up with her daughters, drinking a glass (or two) of red wine and swearing that this time she really will go to that yoga class tomorrow.
